The contact is the electrical contact part of the relay to complete the switching load, and the contacts of some products are matched by riveting and pressing, and the main drawback is that the contact is loose, the contact is cracked or the size and position deviation is too large. This will affect the contact reliability of the relay. The loose removal point is caused by the unreasonable size of the matching section between the reed and the contact or the improper adjustment of the riveting pressure by the operator. Contact cracking is caused by the material being too hard or too much pressure. For the contact of different materials using different materials of the process, some of the higher hardness of the contact material should be annealed, in the contact manufacturing, riveting or spot welding. Contact manufacturing should be careful, because the material has tolerances, so each cut length should be decided after the test. Contact manufacturing should not cause flash, pad damage and lack of fullness. The contact riveting deviation is caused by the operator's inaccurate touch and misalignment. Contact damage and pollution are caused by the oil pollution and iron filings on the touch that are not cleaned up. No matter what kind of malady, will affect the working reliability of the relay. Therefore, in the process of contact manufacturing, riveting or welding, it is necessary to follow the self-inspection demarcations of the first part inspection intermediate sampling and the final inspection to improve the assembly quality. 

Second, relay parameters are not random electromagnetic relay parts commensurate with the rivet and installation, the main problem is that the rivet and installation looseness or poor combination strength. This problem will make the relay parameters are not chaotic, the parameter changes at high and low temperatures, and the resistance to mechanical vibration and impact is poor. The main reasons for this problem are that the riveted parts are out of order, the parts are improperly placed, the quality of the tool is divided or the installation is not correct. Therefore, before riveting welding, it is necessary to carefully check whether the repair tools and riveted parts meet the requirements.

The main reasons for this problem are that the riveted parts are too long, too short or the force is not average when riveting, the touch assembly deviation or the design size is wrong, and the parts are improperly placed. When riveting the electromagnetic system, the pressure adjustment of the hand press and press should be moderate, too much pressure will cause coil breakage or coil frame cracking, deformation, and winding breakdown. If the pressure is too small, the winding loosens and the magnetic loss increases. Multi-winding coils are generally made of different colored leads. When welding, pay attention to distinguish, otherwise it will cause coil welding error. A coil with a starting end requirement is generally marked with a marking method to indicate the starting end. Assembly and welding should be paid attention to, otherwise it will cause the opposite of the relay level.
